I am 32 years old. I am a married mother of two and I just bought my first pair of skinny jeans. Am I too old? I think they look cute. I am 5’2″ and wear a size 6. I have hips (not tiny) but I think I am rocking them. Is this age inappropriate or am I young enough to pull it off? How old is too old for skinny jeans?

I think you’re perfectly fine :). I’m 23 and I don’t plan on giving up my skinny jeans anytime soon.

I don’t think age has anything to do with it, if you have the body for them, wear them!

def not too old for them. It’s all about the body, not about the age

change to “how big is too big for skinny jeans” IMO

My mom has a pair she’s almost 50.
I personally don’t like them but I think they look fine with a long sweater or button down shirt on any age… very 80’s =)

I’m 31 and I wear them. With the right top and cute flat or sexy heels to complete the look.

@vmec: Third this, haha. They’re called skinny jeans, not ‘young jeans’!

Skinny jeans as in super slim fit or skinny as in skin-tight around the ankle?
To me, the ankle-squisher jeans should be left to the under 18 group. But a nice super slim cut is good for any age.
