I went to both my aunt’s weddings, i would have been less than 18 months. I was at my uncles wedding when i was about 8. I also went to ceremonies for my babysitters when I was around 12/13 – i didn’t go to those receptions though.

little kids were never really invited in my family…. or at least that is what my parents told us! haha technically I didn’t really have much “close” family get married when I was a kid though.
my first wedding was about age 10-11ish as a jr bridesmaid for my uncle, then another stint for an uncle at 14-15 and then cousin at 18

I was a flower girl in my uncle’s wedding when I was less than two years old! The first wedding I actually remember was when I was about 8 or 9.

I was a flower girl when I was 5 or 6 in my cousin’s wedding. I remember that dress being itchy as hell, so my mother packed a spare set of clothes, and I ran around in denim shorts and a tshirt after the ceremony.

I was between 1 and 2 years old. It was when my mom married my stepdad.

The first wedding I attended was this past March with my boyfriend, so 19 years old. I was invited to weddings throughout junior high and high school, but my cousins always “coincidentally” arranged the weddings for finals week or right after school started for the semester so I was never able to attend. Honestly, they had a good idea; I have a huge extended family so making the wedding when they did cut down on the “under 18” crowd. I may take that into consideration for my own wedding…

I was 4, and had completely forgotten about it until my aunt (whose wedding it was) mentioned it to me a few weeks ago.

I was like 23, and I’ve only been to three others, two of them this year alone.

I was 7 and it was my Dad’s wedding. I got bored during the ceremony so started rocking back and forth on the chair and then fell forward and got a bleeding lip, bet my Step Mum hated me for that.

I was 10 and I went to my cousin’s wedding. Before that, my parents never thought to bring me to a wedding. I was a pretty well behaved child, but kids just didn’t go to weddings if you were under 10 in my circle.
ETA: I was 15 before I ever went to a non family member’s wedding.

I think I was four or five. There’s pictures floating around in various photo albums of me dancing with my cousin. I have no idea whose wedding it was, though.

I was only a few years old when I first attended a wedding. I wish I was left with a baby sitter. I have no memory of the wedding, however when ever anyone talks about weddings around my parents, one of them will always tell the story of how i pooped in my diaper during the vows, and I stunk up the church because the church was just painted, and whoever painted it, painted the windows shut on a 90+ degree day in July.
Because 20+ years later that story is still being told at family gatherings, I will leave my future child with a sitter until they are at an appropraite age to know how not to embarrass themselves at a wedding or cause a problem for the bride who has worked so hard to make the day as perfect as she can.

I was a flower girl when I was five years old in 1989! That was my first wedding and my first dance ever…with the ring bearer!

The first wedding I attended, I was a few months old. It was my aunt’s second marriage, so it wasn’t a particularly elaborate affair, but there is a photograph of her holding infant-me at the reception. The first one I vaguely remember I was about 7 years old and obsessed with the limosine. I was not a flower girl or anything, so I didn’t get to ride in it.
