I’m 30 and have noticed crows feet emerging near my eyes and also thicker hairs on my chin lol 😬

Try not to think about it too much, the 30s are meant to be some of the best years of your life 😉

ariesscientist :  I am 30 and my face hasn’t changed that much with the exception of more noticeable under eye darkness, but nothing too crazy and makeup does a good job for me.

I first noticed signs of aging at 28 when I discovered my first grey hair. Now at 30 I have more of them but luckily there aren’t too many. I don’t really have them on the top of my head, mostly on the sides so you can only notice a few when I put my hair up into a pony. I don’t dye my hair (yet, lol).

Oh, and I weigh a little more than before 😅. In my early to mid 20s my regular weight was around 137lbs (I am 5,4). Now I’m hovering around 157lbs, all due to indulgences 😋. My face is a little more full now hihi ☺️

Oh yes, I forgot to mention, greys, hair growth and boob growth. Lol

I dye my hair alot less nowadays, and more natural enhancement, do I definitely have greys

But I kinda like them. .. they are platinum and I am blonde so the effect is sparkly. I also have a stripe.

Definitely  more hair  growth. Occassional facial hair. Annoying.

And my boobs are our of control. They go up and down. I went up to sizes last two months, I am sure they’ll go down again

I think it’s hormonal fluctuations  as I near menopause .

I don’t do anything to my skin, at all. I frequently get told I don’t look my age. I don’t fully believe people,

im certainly heavier than I was in my 20’s

I’m 47 and am often told I look like I’m in my 30’s. my sister who is 2 years younger looks older. I think the biggest difference between us is that she’s a fairly heavy drinker and I am not.

I notice in friends and acquaintances that those who drink alcohol regularly tend to look older than those who don’t. I have however had grey hair since the age of 18.  ariesscientist :

I began to notice fine lines around my eyes when I was 25 or 26 and started using anti-aging skicare. As time passed I noticed bags around my eyes as well and they REALLY started to bother me. I’m 31 and finally took the plunge and got filler under my eyes a couple weeks ago because I felt like my eyes were really aging me. I’m very happy with the results! My father has bags under his eyes and I think they may be hereditary, which would explain why no creams/gels/treatments ever helped me. Aside from my eyes, the only thing I’ve noticed is a couple sun spots but thankfully they have mostly been corrected with skincare.

I’m 28. I have a few gray hairs and some wrinkles. I’ve had bags under my eyes for YEARS and I don’t know why.

I still get carded occasionally. I’ve always looked young, and I think my glasses hide the bags under my eyes xD

I’ve FELT old for years now, though. I have degenerative disc disease and herniated a disc when I was 27. FH lovingly calls me an old lady.

I’m 28, I started find a few grey hairs here and there a few years ago. But I still get asked what high school I’m in. I don’t ever really get ID’d but I don’t drink or smoke so. 🤷‍♀️

I did get ID’d when my husband bought a bottle of bourbon a few weeks ago though lol

I guess I have some “signs” of aging (metabolism slower, get tired faster during workouts, need more sleep), but none of them impact my actual appearance. I recently posted a recent selfie next to a photo from my senior prom (16 years ago) and they could easily have been taken on the same day. Actually, I think I’m more attractive now in my mid-30s because I’m more confident, I’m more skilled at styling my natural hair (plus more products exist to make it possible), I don’t feel the need to follow unflattering trends, I can afford better clothes and shoes (seriously, this makes a ton of difference, lol), and now that I’m off the dating scene I put together my look each day based on what feels good for me, as opposed to what men might find most attractive.

I’m 38, and 39 weeks pregnant. Right now my boobs sag because they’re huge, I have dark circles under my eyes from poor sleep, all kinds of hyperpigmentation issues due to pregnancy hormones, and have gained 40 pounds since June. BUT, I’m pretty sure 95% of this is pregnancy related.

Hoping to bounce back like I’ve done from previous pregnancies, but I’ll be getting laser treatments on my face for the dark spots if they don’t go away. And I’ll actually be good about working out this time! Weight loss was easy the last time but I still had a teensy bit of belly flab because I hadn’t worked out.

Shortly before this pregnancy, I was at an event where I hung out with grad students (early to late 20s) who assumed I was also in that age range. They were shocked when I told them I was 37. Not sure what they expected 37 to look like, lol! I think people in their 20s assume it’s all going to be downhill from there on. It isn’t! I looked and felt a lot better in my 30s than 20s, pregnancy aside. 🙂

I am 34 and have noticed grey hairs for the past several years. It never really bothered me because I felt like “ooooo grey hairs!” and I know enough about biology that grey hair isn’t necessarily an agining thing.

With that said! We went to a wedding in December and I recently saw a candid shot of myself and oof I was bothered by the fine laugh lines around my eyes. I also might have had too much makeup on? LOL That is the first time I felt like I was aging. Since then I have started taking some vitamins but overall I do drink plenty of water, workout regularly, and try to minimize alcohol & sweets.

35.  Gray at my hairline and much more difficult to control my weight.  I’m 39 this month and I feel like despite the extra weight I look closer to early thirties than 40.

Someone puntedp out forehead wrinkles on me in my tendt, Ave that hurt a bit. Really, why does it matter? I have an expressive face. It’s not something to fret about, we just have to live. If we feel thing, that’s more important.
