Hmm interesting post. At 28 I started noticing a couple of lines around my eyes when I smile and my mouth when I laugh. They go away when my face is at rest, luckily. I’m about ten pounds lighter than I was in college and my face looks less full, which makes me look older. I haven’t noticed any changes to my metabolism, strength, or endurance. I’m probably stronger and more fit than I was ten years ago. No sagging anything. I can do back handsprings, cartwheels, etc and be fine the next day. I’m currently 29, no children.
I feel like late 20s are when I start really noticing the appearance differences between people that partied, didn’t eat right, didn’t sleep enough, etc througout their early-mid twenties. Lifestyle definitely plays a big role.
