32 and nothing yet… not that there’s anything wrong with some grays but I wouldn’t mind if they didn’t show up for a little while longer 🙂

@nearlymarriedlass:  I haven’t found any greys, but my dad only has grey in his moustache and my mom has like… 5 grey hairs max (and they’re hard to find too!)

They’re both like 57, so I’m hoping I’ll have the same good luck!

My sister has greys though and she’s like 33. (not a lot, just a few)

I found ONE at age 21. No more since! I’m blonde though, so it may be harder to spot.

I’m 27 and haven’t found any yet. I have naturally dark blonde hair that I highlight with a lighter shade of blonde, so that makes it kind of hard to tell since my roots aren’t very dark in the first place… Ignorance is bliss, I suppose 🙂

@Butterfly6:  hahaha omg that made me chuckle!

I found my first grey hair about a year ago… right at the front where my natural party starts.  Since then there are a couple more in that same area.  Total okay with it if it becomes this ~

I found one when I was 16! I was not happy about that, since I really love my natural hair colour. But it’s been 11 years, and I haven’t seen another one since. Also, I pulled the offending hair, and it hasn’t come back, or at least it didn’t come back white. Weird.

My younger brother is 25 and has a TON of gray. He’s totally salt and pepper! We’re half siblings, so I think he must get it from the other side. My 19 year old sister has some too, and she really likes it. She thinks it looks cool. She’s hoping to go totally white while her face still looks young.

I’m 29 and still havent found any.

My mom is 59 and has some but is still mainly her natural haircolor(she has never dyed it). My grandma didnt start getting greys until she was quite a bit older as well – im hoping this gene trait continues for me.

DH is 34 and is prob 25% grey – but it looks sexy(hes pretty self conscious though

I’m 24 and I haven’t. I think my mom was mid 30’s when she saw some greys.

I was 21 when I first saw a couple. I now have two sort of spots that seem to have no pigment left! Oh well.

@nearlymarriedlass:  Yeah, in my case it is genetics!! My grandmother started going grey at 16!! One my friends who is 24 is completely grey now – he started in high school but his dad also had grey hair when he was young.

I’m 24 and I found my first gray hair LITERALLY ON MY WEDDING DAY!!!! My friend was fixing my hair 10 minutes before the ceremony and she gasped and pointed at my head. I flipped out and she was like, “ITS A GRAAAYYYY!!!” I started yelling to pull it out and she yanked it for me. I was so not happy with finding one on my wedding day!!!

I think it’s mostly genetic! My SO is 27 and I noticed he started getting quite a few greys two years ago. I don’t have any yet but I don’t think I’d mind too much if I got them. I’m more worried about how I am going to transition to a full head of grey hair when the time comes… my mom has been dying her hair black (her natural colour) for so long to cover up the grey, and now she’s in her fifties and doesn’t know what to do. Lol

AHHHH I feel so much better! I’m 24 and I found my first gray hairs when I was 23. I immediately pulled them all out, then read that if you pull them out too much you’ll eventually stop getting hair in that spot. I’d rather be gray than bald! But I’m the first of my friends and thought I was getting old too quickly. Now I feel better!

ETA: It is genetic! My dad started graying early. My mom didn’t even start seeing grays until 50 and even now, I have more gray hair than her. 🙁
