@Miss Mauverick:  I’m glad I’m not the only one. My ‘grey’ hairs are WHITE. I’m like a freaking unicorn in the sunlight.

I’m 32 and I don’t have any.  It took a very long time for either of my parents to go gray.  My Mom is 63 and she doesn’t have many gray hairs.

@nearlymarriedlass:  I’m 23 but have been noticing little grey strands pop up for a while now. My natural hair color is very, very, very dark which I think makes it more obvious. My mom said hers went grey pretty young as well.

I found my first one at age 25!  I’m the youngest of 3 children, and I have more grey hairs than both my brother and sister.  I highlight my hair in an effort to cover it up because I’m just not ready to be grey yet!

I’m starting to get quite a few gray hairs. I’m only 22 (almost 23)! But my mom got gray hair really early, so I knew it was going to happy, even though I prayed it didn’t. The sucky thing is I finally grew out my dyed hair after YEARS of dying it, and this is what happens. Figures.

My best friend used to pull out my silvers in high school (he did it at least twice that I can remember in chemistry class, so rude), so I guess I’ve had them mixed in along the random blondes I also get… So I guess age 15?

They’re not that obvious, especially when I do a full coverage dye job (which I tend not to, because my dye blends in with my natural colour). I don’t think I’ve ever had grey or white, though. Just silvers.

@nearlymarriedlass:  I think I found the first one when I was 21 or 22. I used to pull them out! Now that I’m 26, I have a lot of them (maybe 20+?) and I don’t pull them out anymore.

I really like how dark-haired women’s hair goes streaky and then silver, and I have dark hair, so I guess I’m resigned to it/will be happy having silver hair. My mom’s hair went almost entirely gray by the time she was in her mid-40’s, so I guess that’s the genetics I have, ugh.

I’m 26 and I haven’t yet, so hopefully that’s a good sign. I would just dye my hair. I hate the look of grey roots. I am not looking forward to that at all.

    35. but the progression is super slow. I’m 38 now and I literally only have what seems to be 10 grey hairs at the most.

I had a co-worker who went completey silver at 10 years old! she has gorgeous pale skin and dark eyes, it looks really striking on her.

I’m 33 and so far none.  I don’t dye my hair though, and probably never will.

I’ve found the odd grey since age 23, but what’s really freaked me out is the fact that since my late 20s (33 now) I’ve easily lost over half my hair volume. Going grey, I can handle. Going bald, not so much.

I have been dying my hair since about age 24 only to cover the greys.  I pretty much color my hair as close to my natural color as possible…maybe a little darker in the winter time.

I was 16 in class and a friend was like “,you have a( dogs name) hair on you!” She went to take it off and was like “omg its the longest freaking grey hair!” I asked to go to the bathroom and looked in the mirror and it was like 5 inches long.
