Well this is my opinion! You should Dye your hair a dark reddish brown, and then do some faceframing bangs, get a nice blow out, and do a beautiful nice updo. Your dress is so fantastic, and has that wow factor, you need to just let your face take center stage, and not let your hair compete with the dress.

I think I’d wear it up; there is a lot going on with the dress with the color, the sparkle & the pick ups, I think I’d keep the hair on the sleek & simple side.  You have a great length–you can wear it up, down or a combo of both.

I’d give it some volume on the top and then do a loose bun with a few loose pieces around your face. Kinda like this:

definitely a sleek updo! your stylist can fold in fake hair (or even a couple of cotton balls) to make a bun look bigger. i think a chignon would look great.
