Given enough time to plan it (we are having a 16 month engagement), I vote zero stress. I’ve really enjoyed the whole experience and I’ve yet to encounter much stress that wasn’t money related.

The only time I have felt stress (and I would think like, a 5) was when I accidentally mislabeled a couple addresses, and when I accidentally said something really stupid to somebody.  Both situations were short-lived, but I guess that’s what put my stress up to a 3.  The rest of it has been a blast!

I really didn’t think it was that stressful at all. As long as you’re organized and spread out the projects, it’s totally doable with little stress!

I voted a 3.  I actually LOVED the planning process, even though it required a lot of thought, research, and decision-making.  I think I’m still on the Weddingbee 6 months later because I miss it all so much!  Anyone need a personal helper??!!

I don’t think it’s the actual planning an event that’s stressful, it’s trying to find compromises between what you, your Fiance, your family, and his family all like.

Its wasn’t stressful for me until I made it stressful, as in when I started freaking out about flowers and linens for NO REASON, especially when I haven’t met with the florist or gone in to work on linens yet.

Like a 5. I don’t hate it, but I don’t love it either. Sometimes it gives me a headache though. 🙁

I gave it a zero-1. I just really went with the flow. All I really cared about was my ring…and once I had my perfect dream ring that’s all I cared about. I let my Mom pick what she wanted for the wedding if it wasn’t too different for me. Luckily, my parents paid for the wedding so I didn’t have to stress at all about that. However, I think my answer would change if I did have to worry about money. I figured it was just one day, I wanted it to be beautiful and fun and it was, but I wasn’t going to get stressed out over it.

I have more stressful moments than others. I am also surprised that some things are stressing me out more than others. Like finding the right shoes…or worried about other peoples feelings. Not the things that I thought would stress me out! Otherwise I have had a really easy time getting everything done!

I think 5. I tried to just let things go and think about the big picture, but when other people get involved it and dealing with family, it’s a lot.

It depends on when you ask me, haha. Right now it’s about a six…I’m feeling the pressure to get projects done, nothing’s quite finished. It’s hard to exclude money from the matter though, because if I had the money to pay for things rather than taking care of them on my own, I wouldn’t have nearly as much stress!

I said about a 5.  There are some times when I’m compltely relaxed about it, but there’s always some looming task or deadline, coordinating things between families, making decisions, and trying to keep on top of three bridesmaids and three groomsmen in four different states, none of which is the one we live in, plus working with a pastor who is from out of state and also travels a lot…plus that date keeps getting closer and closer….ugh! Stressville, population ME! (bonus points if you get where that quote’s from!) =D

I said 6.  And that’s with having a wedding planner.  I’m beginning to realize how much of a control freak I really am.
