catt :  we have the same height difference!

where do you normally buy his clothes? We usually like Old Navy for normal day wear and JCPenney for his dress work clothes but selection was a crap hole today lol. 38×36 pants are so hard to find unless we wanted to spend a ton lol.

We’re in Australia so different shopping options – but we’ve found that Hugo Boss are the only ones that (occasionally) carry suits (off the rack not custom) that are long enough in the legs and arms, and Ralph Lauren has good options for shorts and shirts for casual things. Shoes… mostly online. But mostly it’s just luck of the draw!

countingstars :  My husband is 5’11 so that’s higher than average but I’m 5’9 so I’m tall for a woman. He is the tallest man I have dated (I dated guys that were 5’10, 5’9, 5’8, and 5’6 before my husband). If a guy has the qualities I’m looking for (kind, thoughtful, honest, hardworking, cute, genuine, funny, etc.), then his height isn’t really an important factor to me.

Honestly, I feel bad that so many great men get overlooked because of their height, because it doesn’t say anything about their personality and it isn’t something they can change.

My husband is 5’7” the perfect height for me I’m 5,5” and I don’t like to wear heels unless it’s to a formal event.

I’m 5’6” and my fiancé is 6’8”. I love how tall he is, the perfect height for me. I also like to wear platforms/heels on the daily (always been this way) and his height makes it even better 🙂

We’re both 5’11”. Some days he’s the taller one and some days I am, depending on what shoes we’re wearing. I wouldn’t change a thing about him.

Fiance is 5’6 1/2 and I’m 5’6 3/4.  Before Fiance, I almsot exclusively dated guys who where over 6ft.  Honestly, when we first started dating, I didn’t notice.  We spent a lot of time horizontal.  I didn’t realize that by dating only tall guys, I was missing out in the bedroom! Like seriously, positiosn I thought I hated are now my favorite!  We just fit together so well.  And he’s the sweetest guy ever, who actually listens and learns and changes.  He surprises me all the time.

If I where ever to be single again (god forbid!) I would definitely be lookign for guys about my height.

He is 5’11” and I am 5’8″. I wish he was just a little taller so I can wear higher heels

I’m 5’5, He’s 5’8ish. Sometimes I wish he was taller but he is very slim (apart from his little beer belly). He has a lot of strength though, but I wish he was a built “bulkier” to make me feel “smaller” 😜 We are both out of shape though and have plans to work on that this year!

I think it’s biological to want to feel smaller with a bigger man to “protect” you. But logically I really think it is so unfair to judge men or choose a mate based on height. I really feel for shorter men who are treated as less of a man. But guess discrimination based on looks is part of biology and affects men, women and children.

And I once dated a 6ft guy and hated the height difference, I found it really awkward and I discovered it’s actually easier being closer in height.

Dh is 6’1” and I’m 5’3”.  The good:  I can wear any heels I like.  The bad:  he’s always putting things, especially chocolate, on upper shelves.

My husband is a full foot taller than me. I am 5’4 and he is 6’4. I know tall guys are attractive and it certainly has its advantages when reaching for things but dang, sometimes my neck hurts from having to look up at him!

I’m 5’7″, fiance is 6’4″. I LOVE IT & wear tall heals often. I’ve dated men of varying heights but did always have more of a thing for the taller ones.

I’m 5’0″ and my fiance is 6’0″ and I LOVE IT.  I don’t even come up to his shoulder and I just love how big and cuddly he is when I’m staning next to him.

I’m 5’2″ and Darling Husband is 6’4″ or 6’5″. I think he is just right. He can reach all the things in our home that I can’t!
