I’m usually exhausted and could easily spend the rest of the evening on the couch and go to bed super early, however, there are just too many things to get done to do that! Most days I force myself to work out after work and that wakes me up for a few hours. The days that I don’t work out I’m usually way less productive.

i exercise after work, be it a 25-30 mile bike ride, 5 mile run, or something at the gym.
this wakes me up after sitting in a cube all day.

Somewhere between “a little tired” and “exhausted” most days, but I still force myself to do the things that need to be done, even when all I want to do is curl up on my couch in my comfy PJ’s and veg. However, I have water fit and Aikido to go to, and missing those would mean either disappointing my mom or losing out on a bit of money.

When I first started working full time in corporate, the transition from student life was hard. I worked several jobs during school but they didn’t involve a lot of thinking. When I started in corporate, I was mentally exhausted in addition to being physically exhausted from the long commute.
I have more or less adjusted now. I am not exhausted after work anymore – I work out and make dinner each night, walk our furbaby, and spend some time with Fiance. We do go to bed early (around 10 PM) but we are also up by 5 AM every monring. I can’t say I don’t look forward to weekends, but I can manage.

I’m almost always exhausted. My job can get pretty stressful at times; some days are better than others, though. I think it might be age. I remember working as a waitress in college, and also a substitute teacher, AND going to classes full time and I still somehow had the energy to work out between all that.
I usually do a 30 minute moderate workout on my lunch hour (gym is right next door, HUGE perk)! and that really helps me to de-stress and keeps my energy going.

I’m never exhausted, I always have energy. I’m not sure why this is. I often find it hits 11pm and I’m not ready for sleep. I wake up well before my alarm goes off too. It’s weird (but great!)
Once I have kids I’m sure this will change.

I’m usually somewhat tired but definitely still have enough energy to do things. We moved to a new city last year and our new friends love doing things on weeknights like movies/drinks/restaurants and at first Darling Husband and I were like wtf?! but now we’re pretty used to it 🙂
