A bus would be fun because everyone could hang out together!

Well, I guess you plan for the wedding party only to ride on the bus… ??  How soon would you have to book it? Could you wait for the head count before you booked he bus?

I attended a wedding once and the wedding site was about 40 minutes from the hotel where everyone was staying. They arranged for two buses to take anyone who didn’t want to drive to the wedding and back to the hotel at the end of the night. It was awesome!

@arenyth: HA! I do that too 🙂

 I would call around to some bus/transportation companies and see what kind of lead time you need to give them.  Maybe they only need a few weeks, you never know until you give them a call 🙂

There is nothing like a good party bus though – always a fun time!

We’re hiring a bus to take everyone who wants a ride from the city to the manor house where the wedding is going to be. The drive is through a forest and I’m hoping it will be a fun, friendly atmosphere where people can get to know each other while driving through the beautiful countryside. At least that’s what I’m picturing!

I haven’t decided completely yet, but I think that when people rsvp for the wedding I’ll just ask them to rsvp for wanting a ride at the same time. Or maybe I’ll ask them after! Just haven’t decided! @iheartnerds: did you have to rsvp for riding on the bus back from the wedding you went to?
