I had lunch with my Maid/Matron of Honor & asked her, and called/facebooked(she lives OOT) & asked face to face the other 5. I’m planning on making cards like Miss Lightning did with information in it & give it to them asking to be in the Wedding Party.

I left a 2 heart felt notes on each of my sisters dressers, with a little pack of gourmet candies. They loved it, the one cried.

i would appreciate a nice card, possibly DIY. I think that with a nice note inside, it would be so cute and appropriate. I would meet up with the local girls and have them open the cards in front of you to see their reactions!

i made a scrapbook for my Maid/Matron of Honor. the last page i wrote a qoute about being “sisters” (she is my big sis in my sorority and a good friend) and had “Maid of Honor” written. I’m only having my Maid/Matron of Honor but if I was going to have Bridesmaid or Best Man I was going to make them a picture frame that said “Bridesmaid” and paste a picture of us with a note on the back. I wanted my gift for my Maid/Matron of Honor to be special

This is a great question, I had a bride the other day who sent a framed picture of her and the bridesmaid in the mail with a card asking them….i just thought that was the cutest thing!

i sent cards to each of them, regardless of where they lived. i explained how important their friendships were to me and asked them to be in the wedding party. i must say though, i was on pins and needles waiting for answers!!
