I wrote an entry here on Wedding Bee that shared a blog post I wrote regarding photography. It did so well I recieved a few private messages from you lovely Bees asking for more! I am incredibly flattered and I thought I would share another post I wrote regarding being a good wedding guest. As a bride, you learn so much in the process of planning your own wedding. I really think that, in the long run, being a bride helps you be a better wedding guest!
I complied a few tips here. Let me know what you bees think and if you have anything to add!!

Now can we send this around to the under twenty crowd? Last wedding I went to I wanted to take three of the female guests and staple napkins to their skirts that showed their female parts when dancing lol.

Great tips and very relevant, people are clueless about weddings these days. Thank you for your post and keep them coming!!!!

Now I must resist the overwhelming urge to repost this on my Facebook as a not so subtle hint to my best friend who rocked up in a denim dress that barely covered her ass

I am the only one who finds this post a little ironic?
As for the post, I think it’s good but there are things I would change. I didn’t expect all my guests to stay for the whole thing. Some people simply get too tired out after a certain point. Usually, the cake cutting is the signal for many that it’s an appropriate time to leave, and if someone is unable to stay that long, that’s ok too. I had a guest who recently lost her husband and she said a quick goodbye to my mom right after dinner.
I know people who leave weddings once the dancing starts due to religious reasons, and some weddings do not have dancing due to similar religious beliefs.
Denim can be appropriate depending on the wedding (although they are few and far between!).

This is so great! Would have been good for the family friend that wore the exact same shade of ivory as my dress… and yes, her dress was fancy too. :/
