I have these little beads and jewels that came as extras for my dress. I need to make a button for my hair piece. Here are my ideas, but I don’t know which one is easiest:
a) Find some sort of a flat-sh button the size I need, then just glue the jewels on piece by piece (what kind of glue?) I’m afraid of messing it up and having glue all over the place and ruining the sparkle.
b) cut a little round of fabric and sew them on to it piece by piece
Any other options you can think of?

I think sewing them onto a small piece of felt would take longer, but would work best and look best. With sewing you have a bit of wriggle room to move things around if you don’t like the placement. Otherwise, a hot glue gun would work, but only if you go VERY easy on the glue so it doesn’t interfere with the sparkle. 🙂

I’d glue them onto a button. Find one close in color to the flower and use Tacky Glue…it dries clear so you won’t notice it. Practice first to make sure it doesn’t dull the sparkle, but I’ve used it many times and everything was fine. (Aleene’s is the brand)
