I tied plastic bags around my feet/shoes when I wore them around the house. LOL.

I’ve been wearing mine out. But then I’m not planning on having pics taken of the bottoms. I like Theresa’s idea. Or you could always put tape on the bottoms.

The problem with not pre-scuffing the bottoms is that they’re gonna be slippery…I highly recommend scuffing them a little! I usually just go out to the sidewalk and do a little twist.

I once saw something where you fill up ziploc bags with water and put them in your shoes then place in the freezer.  I’ve never tried it before, but I could see how it would stretch them out.  However, I would worry that when it melts, it might discolor the shoes a bit.  (Maybe try this first with another pair)?

I used to put masking tape on the bottom of expensive loaners for photo shoots.  I returned all of them no problemo.

Just make sure to use good quality painters tape (usually blue) this is removed with no damage to the surface 🙂

@Mrs Hedgehog: Good call! I just don’t want you to have a walking down the aisle fail!

@Theresa90405: Those are SUPER cute! I may have to get some just for pictures!
