Yeah, it looks confusing. It says “Created Blue Sapphire, Ceylon Blue Hue” but then in the specs it gives info on both lab-created sapphires and cz gemstones, as if it’s describing some of the other rings with accent stones. Either go to an independent jeweler to get it tested or contact Revoni direct.

Just my $0.02.

Yipeebee:  Well, if you’re having it re-set, then the jeweler you take it to should be able to let you know with a quick look whether or not it’s an actual sapphire. You can take it to any jeweler and ask them to look at it.

Guuurl, didn’t you have issues with the ring your husband got off of eBay not being a real sapphire?

I really think you need to stop buying cheapie ones that seem like great deals online and either go to a store where you can see (and have jewelers test/certify) rings before you buy or get from a more trusted/reliable online vendor — it’ll save you a lot of hassle.

Good luck with this one, though!

Some sellers call cz lab diamonds so I would get it independently checked before going all crazy looking for settings.

I would not automatically trust what the company says. Take it to a jeweler if you want to be sure.
