So we were generously given the opportunity to get maple syrup favours to give out at the wedding by a guest..I love it, but Fiance thinks it needs to be dressed up somehow, because they are little 50 ml bottles.
Any thoughts other than shoving them into an organza bag? He won’t agree with just a pretty tag.

I think a pretty ribbon + a nice tag will look good on them. They are decorative on their own, so I wouldn’t put them in a bag.

You could get these maple syrup candies, put them in a clear glassine or plastic bag and tie it and a tag to the bottle if your Fiance really needs to do something other than a ribbon and a tag.
If you google “maple syrup wedding favors” you will see they all are presented with a tag and a ribbon.

i think all it needs is a tag and ribbon,…. anything else would be too much! the bottle is very unique so it looks good even on its own:)

Cute! A tag and ribbon would be fine.

ahhhh I wish he would see my logic. To him they aren’t “wedding”-y enough.

If you are going to get ribbon, I would get something with like a bass cleft pattern, or something musical & white. Therefore making it a little bridal. You could get some type of fabric that matches your theme, cut small pieces to cover the top & wrap a ribbon around them. You could put them in wine bottle bags.
