I know Neutrogena makes a body wash for acne.. you could try that. Get a loofah on a stick and exfoliate (or get your Fiance to help you with this sometimes lol).
Make sure you wear breathable clothing and don’t sit in sweaty gym clothes for long.
You could try a glycolic acid wash as well.. Peter Thomas Roth makes some good ones that you can get at Sephora.

i exfoliate with apricot scrub a few times a week. i use cleansing pads (like noxzema or clearasil) after i shower to remove any residue left behind by shampoo/conditioner. i also use a benzoyl peroxide medication to fade/prevent dark spots that pimples leave behind.

I ate 90% clean, got a TON of exercise, and washed with bar soap!

That, along with the body spray. Takes a few weeks but it really does work.

clinque has a face and body bar soap and a spray for body ance. I broke out across my chest once really badly and it helped a lot without being too drying. Also going to the local pool and swimming for a while helps, I guess from the chlorine? :/

Neutrogena’s Body Clear Pink Grapefruit Body Wash works great for me and is super affordable at the drugstore. I have a loofah with a handle so I can reach my whole back too.

I second mrspinesol – The Body Shop tea tree oil line is great! Make sure you exfoliate… I use a scrub out of (don’t be weirded out) brown sugar and apple cider vinegar. The sugar is an amazing exfoliant, and vinegar has so many amazing healing qualities for the skin, including acne. Just a a reference point, I was on Rx meds for alomost a year for acne on face and body. I hated taking so much crap since it wasn’t even working all that well. Friend told me to try the sugar scrub… i cant even begin to tell you how quick results were!! Try the sugar on your face too… your skin will be polished and super radiant.. and acne will go away!! I also use vinegar as a regular toner.. it balances pH so skin doesn’t dry out or get too oily/shiny.

Clinique used to have an awesome body spray for acne but I think it was discontinued. The Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit body wash is pretty good.
