I’ve heard prenatal vitamins are fantastic for your hair!

Prenatal vitamins are amazing. Been taking them for over a year. Also Biotin is the vitamin that helps. Folic acid too. look for multi vitamins that have those.

The less I wash my hair, the healthier it stays.  I also don’t blow dry.  I understand this isn’t an option for everyone, but it really works for me.

I switched from regular shampoo to sulfate free shampoo and it’s made a HUUUUGE difference in my hair. My hair is fine and before it was always frizzy on top, broke easily, didn’t have a lot of shine and when I’d flat iron it, it’d be wavy again within a few hours. NOW, it’s sleek and smooth, hardly any frizz, no breakage (so the ends look more filled in instead of sparse), and I can get it flat-iron flat with just the blowdryer, no need for the actual iron! I also don’t color my hair or use any products, so YMMV. You have plenty of time before the big day (if that’s what you’re asking for) I’m certain your hair can make a complete turn around by then. It took my hair about 6 months, but I started to see results within a week.

I swear the secret to skin is to drink TONS of water.  I always get compliments on my skin – enough that even my wedding MUA said I didn’t need foundation even for photos, and I never touch it with anything other than water/eye makeup remover/moisturizer.

A healthy diet!

Fruits, vegetables, nuts, fish, etc. Not too many refined carbs or dairy. Google “foods for healthy skin/hair” and you’ll get more specific ideas.

For hair I take Biotin. You need at least 5000 mcgs per day (I take 2500 mcgs in the morning and another 2500 mcgs before bed).  I also take extra strength Viviscal which at $50 per month is expensive but worth it for me.   Both are available at Target or Amazon.
