I have been finding myself thinking and saying things like: “Next cycle, we will do this”, “After this cycle, let’s try…”…
Like… I already have it in my mind that my current cycle will be a failure… and we haven’t even done the trigger shot yet. We are in the first half of the cycle and I’m already thinking it’s game over.
How do you get out of this negative mindset and start thinking “When we are pregnant…”, “If this cycle works…”, etc.?

I know how you feel. I think after trying and trying one just gets so use to the failure. Instead of saying if, say WHEN this cycle works, WHEN we are pregnant we are going to this…chin up lady! Gl!

Ugh, right there with you. I wish I had advice but I can at least tell you that you’re not alone!

i guess i feel a bit better knowing i’m not the only one.
i’ll work on trying to change my language when speaking out loud, then maybe it will change my inside thoughts too.

I wish I knew too. It’s getting harder and harder to try to stay positive cause everytime I’m positive, it’s just more crushing when its a BFN and AF shows up. 🙁

@rosworms: Like so many others, I really don’t have any advice for you but can definitely tell you you are not alone. Its’ a really tricky thing because I want to think positively but at the same time I want to guard my heart and not get my hopes up. Hang in there, girl!

@rosworms: I wish I had some advice. I only know how you feel! I am 10dpo … BFN… and even though I know its still early to give up hope, I am already planning our next attack (lol yes, I feel like its an attack). I even called and scheduled a fertility appointment…

I’m sorry you ladies are feeling that way. I used to feel exactly the same way and then one day BAM… pregnant. FX that you ladies don’t have to feel this way much longer.
