You cant spot reduce, but you can build more muscle which will firm it up.  Try back exercises such as all sorts of rows (rowing machine, dumbbell rows, rear delt rows) try cable pull downs, try thai bo focusing on the punches (also good for the cardio), pushups of all varieties, barbell shrugs.

“machines” at the gym are going to get you the LEAST bang for your buck. Free weights and cable machines will get you more results because it forces you to stabalize your body and use more muscles. Nautilus type machines are isolation machines and only uses the one muscle you are working on instead of many muscles in addition to that muscle.

Also, keep eating healthy because it is likely attributed to extra weight in general.

Well I’m no trainer, but I personally lost a lot of back fat by running and doing pushups. My back, arms and stomach are in great shape.. now I just need to do something about my thunder thighs..

Pushups are more for the chest and triceps. Try Single Arm Rows, Lat Pulldown, Chin Ups, Seated Row, Inverse Fly.
