I’m not sure what you are looking for here.  Your options are to wear it up if it’s very windy, or down.  I would start with it down and see if it’s tolorable.  If the wind is directional, sometimes some hair movement looks nice in pictures.  If it gets to be too much, then put it up or find a building that can give some shelter,etc.

I am not sure what part of the world you are in that is cold in July?

Also, looking at your avatar it looks like you already had your epics?

If your comfortable with your hair down I says wear it down your hair may look beautiful blowing in the wind.. or maybe pull the pieces closest to your face back so your hair is still down but it wont be blowing in your face.

Why not half and half with the top part pulled back? That way you can see your length (and curls if you do them) without the top blowing into your face.

@Treejewel19:Agree! I would wear it half up. That way your hair isn’t blowing directly into your face but you still get the look of your hair being down.
