@Pixelate:  If you tell your biological mother that you’d like to feel like she’s with you that day, do you think she might let you to borrow something of hers? Like a necklace or bracelet, or a hair clip or something like that? That would allow you to feel like she’s a part of your day. It wouldn’t be obvious to other people though, in the way that a bouquet locket would (although, most people probably wouldn’t notice the locket, anyway).
