I have 5 bridesmaids, all of them out of towners except my Maid/Matron of Honor. I really want to include the other 4 but I’m not sure how. Two have kids and the other 2 are still in high school. What can I do to make them feel involved?

How about email threads for decisions you would like their input on? I think just periodically asking them for their opinions and sharing updates as the planning process happens will make them feel included – and maybe have a chance to get to know each other over email if they do not know each other in person.

I had a Facebook group for all of the women in our wedding party (nine women to two men — my husband and I both had one man on each of our sides and then I had five women and he had four). I was able to use it to bounce ideas off of people, discuss attire (we let them pick their own dresses in fall colors), show them their bouquets when I ordered them, et cetera. Our party had people from Washington, Arizona, Texas, Mississippi, Virginia and New York, so it was vital that we have a central place to congregate.
