What about giving those fun plastic helmets to your younger guests? Or using them in a photobooth? You could name your tables Ladder Co.s! Like Ladder Co 5 instead of Table 5. Or put small logos on the escort cards, like the seal or ladder/axe X that I’ve seen. What about making your own logo – using your monogram?

What about a groom’s cake shaped like a helmet or a truck?

You could make a photobooth with a backdrop out of cardboard. It could be a brick burning building with windows where people would stick their heads/bodies out. You could all sorts of funny props.

You can use his helmets for decoration.

For a money dance have people place money in the helmet

Collect cards with the helmet

Grooms cake in fire hat/truck/etc

How about as favors donating to a firemans charity?  Then you could create the card with your husbands deparment logo and a little information about why you donated.

Grooms cake is a good one! Also the donating to charity is a good one, or perhaps a burn victims charity? I think that would be really touching.
