A theme does not need to be used everywhere. If you really want something, then western jewelry would work, but choose something subtle, and remember that it doesn’t count as their gift if you require it to be worn at the wedding.

You could also have them carry simple hand tied bouquets of wildflowers.

@hyechica:  I do think trying to incorporate both beach and country western is a little strange? I feel like for themes of any kind to really work, they need to be very one thing specific and follow through in all elements of the wedding. If boots work for you, why don’t they work for the bridesmaids? You could try wildflower bouquets? I think anything overly country at a beach themed wedding isn’t going to mesh well, but that’s just me.
