I’ve heard B6? Anything else? I’m going to a new obgyn practice in January and am scheduled to see the midwife for my yearly… will she likely have advice on this? Should I wait until then or try B6 now? How much do I take? We want to start TTC in January. My cycles are short, 23-34 days and my LP looks like it’s on the short side too. I’ve been off HBC for 4-5 months now so I may just need more time (tho I’m not very patient). Thanks!

your chart shows a LP of 12 days. i think anything more than 10 is good so I wouldn’t worry about it. you’re body is doing a lot on its own: you’re ovulating and your LP is long enough. therefore I wouldn’t take a B6 supplement at this time. just keep charting and see what happens over the next couple of month.

ETA: Sorry, earlier I meant 23-24 days
Ok, you’re probably right. I was a little worried since I started spotting earlier. I’ve never spotted before my period so I initially marked it as light flow but now I’m thinking it really was spotting. And spotting is ok (in terms of LP length)?
