@Kateski: Nothing you can do to “just loose weight in your calves.” The best thing you can do is to lose weight overall, while toning up the area you are concerned about. Of course a balanced diet and at least one hour of vigorous exercise a day is where to start. I would suggest doing some calf raises, some lunges and some step ups to help with the calf area.

I had awesome calves when I used to have to bike to work!  I would try spinning to help define the muscles, but it’s so difficult to spot reduce fat.

you can’t target one area like that… all you can do is lose weight everywhere (which you said you don’t want to do) or bulk up with muscle in other areas to make those areas not look as big in comparison.

You can make your muscles bigger and more defined…but you can’t lose weight in only one area of your body non-surgically…

What I have found that helped change the SHAPE of my legs was to start running.  If you don’t want to lose weight just up your calorie intake, but running will completely re-shape your legs.
