How to lose 15lbs?!

Seriously though, I lost 15lbs by using their workout videos 3-5x per week and by counting calories, making sure to eat less processed foods, less salt, and more fruits and vegetables.

alexaj12 :  Download an app like Myfitness Pal and start tracking what you eat. Don’t deprive yourself too much and ruin your metabolism. Focus on dieting 5-6 days out of the week and eating normal 1-2. Lower your calorie intake to about 1300-1400 and lower your carb intake to under 100grams a day on your dieting days. Exercise 4-5 times a week. Do more than just 30 mins of walking and incorporate weight training, it will turn your body into a fat burning machine

I wouldn’t so much focus on the number on the scale. Weight training and eating a lot of protein can completely reshape your body and won’t make you look ‘manly’. I would have never got any curves if it wasn’t for lifting weights and eating a high carb high protein diet.
