Often those kinds of things come with instructions of what standard template to use in Word.  If not, I would use maybe the big shipping label one… don’t know the code off the top of my head.

Or you could set up columns and just adjust them until you think things are centred.

I had this crazy idea where you could create a 4.75×7.75 2-box table and if the boxes are the same size, when you copy and paste the table, the spacing should end up the same and then you can erase the lines of the table =P but it sounds like you have things figured out 🙂

Word has templates built right in for most things. I used a standard template for my invites.
