You are worrying too much. The “personal” aspect doesn’t come from the decor, the photo booth etc. It comes from the connection to the bride and groom and vice versa.

Your music choices, readings, speeches etc will personalize the wedding.

I think you’re freaking out too much!

Does the wedding reflect you two as a couple? Will you walk in the room and know you’re at your wedding? If you say yes to both of those or don’t care what your answer is to either of those, than you shouldn’t worry about a thing.

If you DO feel like you need to do something – If you have any quirky traits or fun hobbies/interests, you could always make a unique program, fun cake topper, seperate cake, favors that reflect you two etc.

What you’re describing as “bad” isn’t bad…it’s just not necessarily as “memorable” to guests who go to a lot of weddings and may not be as close to you. Sometimes it can be hard to tell one wedding from another because they really all follow similar patterns in decor and traditions. Just because you do things similarly doesn’t make it “bad.”

What about incorporating photos from other weddings in your family in the decor. Like your grandparent, parents, greatgrand parents, if you have a close aunt or uncle, etc. You can get inexpensive frames at places like tj maxx of just get those little photo holders that hold the photo without the frame.
