Sparkle Belt , colored sash, different hair, different jewelry, tiara, the fact that she’s standing next to you…

I don’t really have any plan to make her stand out… other than her walking/standing position, table seating, and if she wants to give a speech. Does she need to?

Bigger/more flowers, wear a sash/belt, statement jewelry?

My girls are all wearing different style dresses, same fabric and teal blue color. My MoH will be wearing a bright, peachy coral statement necklace.

Different bouquet, or jewelry? I don’t think it’s necessary. Please don’t make her add a sash to her dress. When was the last time (other than a wedding) you saw a grown woman wear a sash with a dress?

Have you considered possibly not having them stand out much at all other than by their proximity to you during the wedding? My two matrons of honor only had slightly larger and more elaborate bouquets than the rest of my bridesmaids (and those for the junior bridesmaids were smaller still.) I think different jewelry would be fine, but I wouldn’t try to add things to their dresses.
