@chicagoworkinggirl:  I only eat what I pack, eat small meals throught the day.. and If i’m hungary I make a tea to tie me over till I get home. And pack a lot of vegetables! When I get home I usually have a light snack (this is where will power has to help you out!) and dinner a short while later. Good luck!  1300 calories isn’t very much if you are exercising too!  Maybe allow yourself an extra 100 cals or so in healthy food.

I eat a greek yogurt at my desk for breakfast which usually keeps me full til lunch, and for snacks I pack 100 calorie packs and mini babybel cheese. I usually have a snack around 3pm. I also drink a ton of water during the day.

Now if only I could figure out how to avoid the work potluck! Evil…

I’m usually good until I get home and then I’m starving and want to graze all night long. If I could rein it in around dinner time I’d be golden.

I struggle with this too and I don’t know if my way is healthy but it kinda works for me. After work I go work out and drink a ton of water after and when I get home I’m not usually that hungry so I have a smaller dinner.

@BrandNewBride:  I need to work on getting more sleep. You’re the one who went from a size 14 to a size 2 for your wedding, right? That’s impressive! I will definitely listen to you. 🙂

No idea how many calories I eat a day. Don’t care. I work 8-5 M-F

– Get up at 6, make coffee. Eat cereal, banana, coffee. Sometimes almond milk, too.

– 10:30ish, eat snack (apple slices with peanut butter)

– 1ish, eat lunch (today I have a turkey sandwich and a peach)

– 5:30, get home, work out, eat dinner

– 8, shower, lights out by 10

a) Get more sleep.
b) Eat less crap.
c) Drink LOTS of water. Most people don’t know the difference between being thirsty and being hungry.
d) You’re going to have to learn to listen to your body and get some self-control.
