Our photographer is giving us a 16 x 20 photo print from our engagement and I don’t know how to present it.
I can see my ruler and 16 x 20 looks big, i assume with the frame it will be bigger (haven’t gone shopping for a frame yet).
Do I need a stand for it or do frames of that size stand themselves on the table?

@Lulume: Is it just a print or on canvas or how is it being done? And what does your venue look like? If in just frame, you would need a stand as nothing flat will stand on its own anyway
Or…. if you dont have a guest book you can leave the picture out and let that be where people sign. I saw that idea and it looks really cute!

We had a large canvas displayed on our sign in table… I was able to just lean it on the wall, but you could use a heavy duty stand (I bought one from Kohls that I ended up using behind our record below) or a small easle, sold at Hobby Lobby. I would wait and see what your photographer gives you first though, or ask. Most likely a frame that large won’t stand on its own.

I spoke to the lady in charge of the venue and she said that they have a stand for a big photo and they will set it up for me 🙂
All worried for nothing ! as usual
