Maybe do gray dresses with black sashes.

What about a black sash for the BMs, black shoes, or black ribbons around their bouquets?  Or maybe something black for their hair?  Black clutches?

Black ribbons on the bouquets. The men could wear black suits or tuxes of course. Black linens for the tables. Black programs with silver ink and purple ribbons. Or purple programs with black in and black ribbons.

Grey dresses sound great. Trust yourself, it will be beautiful!

Grey dresses would be hot! I don’t think you have to worry about incorporating black, it’s one of those colors that automatically works… But black shoes on the girls, or jet back jewelry, or bouquet ribbons/feathers/brooches would do the trick!

I agree, do black shoes or a sash or something.  At the same time, you don’t necessarily have to incorporate black into the girls look in my opinion.  I think if you are using those colors they will be seen somewhere in the ceremony and reception so if it’s not in the Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses then no big deal.  It will still look nice and tied together.  I really like the idea of grey dresses with purple flowers.

If the men are in black, that’s enough.

your bms don’t have to wear every color in your palette. grey dresses with purple flowers will look great! they can just wear black shoes.

Love all of the girls suggestions so far.  You can add black linens at the reception as well.
