(Closed) How to resize a photo?

open it in Paint, and then resize it to 20% of the original. 

I usually cut it down to 80% each time, save and check the size, then open and downsize again, until I get the size I need– that way it’s no smaller than it needs tobe.

Professional photos are of a really high resolution. They means that they look great printed but are a huge file size. You can also resize them on a site like this one:
