@Gardeniabee: I would respond with your current name. That’s what we did, and so did others. You are responding as a non married couple and they will get the RSVP during the same time frame. I think that using your married name on the RSVPs is like someone writing you a check in the new name before you’re married.

Edit: It’d also be a little confusing, possibly, if they have you down as your current name and they get a response from a whole diff name.

I agree – use your current name.

I’d use your current. I’m sure they know that you’ll be married at their wedding so they’ll use your married name for things like escort cards.

When’s the rsvp date?  You could wait to send it, and use your married name!

Oh wow.  I’m a ditz.  I’d go with current name, maybe add a small note about the name you will be at the wedding?

I think using Mr. & Mrs. would be best. She’ll want to use that on her escort cards!

I personally would use what ever they used so you dont confuse their system of counting RSVPs! =)

Why don’t you just write the bride a note and explain the situation on your RSVP.  I’m sure she’ll appreciate it if you mention how excited you are about the wedding too.
