I mean, I hope you’re right.  I’m not wishing ill will or anything on you.  Good for you for getting help and working on things.  All I’m saying is this will take LOTS of TIME to work out.  A month is really no time at all.  I’m not trying to make assumptions.  All I’m saying is that VERY RARELY do things completely turn around in a month.  Like I said above, good for you for seeking out help…however it sounds like you are still in the process of figuring things out and trying to work things out.  It is incredibly difficult to start off a marriage when you’re still working through past issues.

Well I may not have taken as much time as I did to answer this time as opposed to your first post so I apologize if you took offense to it. I understand it is a stressful time for you however you are on an online forum full of strangers. Of course we don’t know you and know nothing about your life. All we know if what you said in this post and the previous one.

Sure

ljm308 wrote what I meant more eloquently but I will say this. How is it that 4 weeks after people gave you the same advise and you are working on these issues, you still feel strong enough about your doubts to post on them again? This time it is doubts about your fiancé directly.

Your OP states “we worked through everything” but it contradicts your answer to me. If you are both working on these, that’s great but 4 weeks is way too short to pretend seeing improvements. You guys have been together for 5 months. It will take a lot of time if you decide to go through it. You have gotten great advice from Bees on this post and the previous one and yet when someone tells you it might not be the best state to get married, you say: I just want encouragement. This is not labour or something painful you have to go through. This is a wedding and a marriage, you shouldn’t need to be encouraged.

But by all means, good luck!
