(Closed) How to tip?

I didn’t even know you were suppose to tip them hahaha

I’m not doing catering, but if they are anything like a waiter/waitress isn’t the normal like 15% or something?

It depends on your caterer.  Often, they include a service charge, which is the gratuity, so it’s already included (usually 15% – 20% of the food total – it gets expensive!).  On the other hand, some do not include it, and if that is the case with your caterer, I would ask the manager for some guidance.  Mine does not include it but made a point to let us know that a service charge is not necessary because their servers are paid very well and therefore do not expect anything extra from us.  They told us that their typical customer gives $20ish to each server, but that is not necessary or expected.
