I need to figure out how to separate my wedding planning time… I’ll stay up thinking of everything. I’m not really stressed, but my brain wants to think of great ideas at 3 in the morning. Ha.

I don’t lose sleep but I dream about the wedding every single night. Last night, I dreamt that my ring was fake and the “diamond” kept falling out while I was at the rehearsal. lol
I’m interested to see what others have to say.

Try writing down all the little things you’re thinking about… Then if something pops into your head, you’ll know you can write it down now and come back to it later. Working out/stretching also helped me clear my wedding-obsessed brain.

I agree with working out. I’m no longer walking around on the verge of tears since I started running again.
