Do you mean for the gifts, or for the people hosting the shower?

In that case, I’d wait until after the shower.  Then address the card to all the hosts (I assume you at least know their names), and tell them how kind it was of them to throw it, how much you enjoyed yourself, mention a particular moment that stood out, and tell them how delicious the food was.  Voila! You’re done!

I agree with mightywombat . Wait till after the shower to write them, for sure. Then you can tell them how wonderful it was to meet them, how lovely the shower was, etc.

I want to correct myself – if the hosts don’t live together, you should send a separate card to each of them. But each card can say pretty much the same thing.
