1.) fed ex express, in a puffy envelope with a box inside it.

2.) I don’t think it would fit in a mailbox, plus mine required a signature to be delivered so you want to have it shipped where you will be.

3.) yes, it came with a certificate.

4.) I had it set through moissyco.

@frommisstomrs.:  because I got a setting of theirs, it didn’t cost anything to have it set I think… Or maybe my Fiance did a return of the stone and then just purchased the ring to avoid a setting fee. But it did cost about $45 to have it shipped (with full insurance of the stone), and I absolutely was a nervous wreck for the 2 days waiting (i did expedited shipping). They let me know right when they got it tho (much faster than the status was updated through tracking info), so that was nice.

1. A medium sized box inside a white padded envelope.

2. Signature required, so we had it held at a nearby FedEX location for pick up. They won’t leave it in your mail box.

3. Yes, there is an NAGL grading report with an Amora moissanite over 6mm.

4. I sent my setting and stone to Amcor in New York, the local guys here wanted to charge me over $300 to set the stone in my setting, and Amcor did it for $100, plus shipping, and I ended up saving over $200.

I was excited, but not a nervous wreck, I guess it isn’t much in my nature to be so.

Its sent via FEDEX and yes like the other poster said you have to sign for it. It comes in a moissanite and co bag and inside of a velvet lined container. It is packaged well and comes with the warranty info and receipt.

@frommisstomrs.:  No, they were not my first. My very first stone was a small diamond (20 or so points) in an antique white gold ring from around the 1920s that I adore, then my next stone was a 9x6mm pear cut Asha, then my upgrade to moissy. Asha and diamond are very similar in looks, but moissanite is a category all its own. You either love the sparkle and light dispersion (I am of the opinion there is no such thing as too sparkly!), or you don’t. I hope you love moissanite as much as I do, but I do want to emphasize this:

Moissanite stones are unique from stone to stone, just like many other gems. Some are cut poorly, some are cut well, some have a funky color, some dazzle you with how white and perfect they are, so if you aren’t thrilled with your very first one, don’t automatically assume you won’t like all moissanite. Despite what C&C claims, they aren’t all the same. My two martini stud earrings, the stones are cut differently and one has a oh so slight greenish yellow tinge to it in the right light whereas the other just has some yellow undertones. Granted, they are so sparkly no one would ever be the wiser unless they are six inches from my ear, but I do plan on upgrading them to the Amora Gem in the future because I’m OCD like that and want my cuts to match perfectly, lol!

Oh, last side note: my Amora enhanced moissanite is over twice the size of my earrings, and so much whiter and brighter, I can’t do an exact apples to apples comparison because my earrings are Ring Bearer and my ring is OEC, but truly, the difference is incredible.

LOL, I like the “chunky” flashes a lot too! I want to get a pair of OEC studs to wear with my OEC ring, and the H&A Amora Gem studs to wear with my future five stone ring. 😀

@frommisstomrs.:  Yes maam, Moissy was my first stone. But in college I worked in a dept. dyore and compared them ALOT. When I say them I’m referring to moissy and diamond. I just prefer moissy because of the sparkle AND the PRICE AND durability.
