I love these art nouveau posters and think that will be my theme…but how would you incorporate them into the decor? We’ll be getting married in a tent, so I don’t know that i can attach them to the walls. Any thoughts? Here are some examples…

You could get a specific image blown up very large and printed on contact paper which you could stick to your dance floor, so that you will be dancing on an art nouveau design. Another option would be to use a different art nouveau image of various liquors, they had advertisements for everything from champagne to cognac, for your table “Numbers” – You could get smaller versions of the images and frame them in art nouveau style frames at each table. Also, the themes in art nouveau could be seen in jewelry choices, attire, and flowers throughout the wedding instead of literal images of these posters.

I would get clear square vases, and print some of theses images, and decoupage them on each vase. Then use flowers in the same color family as the prints. I would try to match my invites, and programs with the same style art work. You could use larger images, and put on a sheet of cardboard/cardstock and hang from the top of the tent. You could use a large print as the backdrop of a photo booth.
I think I would pick 2-3 places to make a really dramatic statement with the posters. Then I would use the colors in the posters for the rest of the decor- linens, napkins, candles etc to tie it all together.

You can also incorporate the style into your menus, your programs and your invites. You could even have different posters with your table numbers on them!

You could use a smaller version as the backdrop for your table numbers.
Copy the print onto a transparency copy paper then adhere it to an old glass window. Display on easel or find a way to hang it and use as a backdrop for the ceremony or behind the bride and groom at the table.
print onto miniature canvases and use as escort cards.
you could likely find a similar floral print to the Apple Tree painting and use that for overlays on the tables
