- Wedding: April 2010
We’re in the process of finalizing our guest list, contacting the mom’s and getting everything out on paper (well computer), it’s working out quite nicely except for one group. My mom is a branch manager at a small bank, she wants to allow her staff to “drop by” the wedding after work, the branch will be open until 8 the night of the wedding so they won’t be eating with us. I have no problem with them dropping in, I know these people fairly well and they deal with me almost daily (dropping to meet my mom for lunch, phone calls for wedding related things, my mom even bounces ideas off them a lot ect.) they are a great group and very nice to both my mom and me. The problem is I’m not really sure how to include them in the guest count, they won’t be eating, but will probably have a drink or two. How do we include that in the tally for the bar? We don’t know for sure if they will drop in or not, and what about invitations, should I just send one to the branch as a whole? Any bee our there deal with something like this before or currently? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
