(Closed) How would you indicate limited open bar hours or would you??

I’d just have the service staff let people know around 8:50 that it is last call for any drinks they would like to enjoy. It’s only a half hour less than your full event time. It makes it seem silly to make much hooplah about it. Beyond that, anyone who is earnestly interested in drinking will likely check with you in advance if there will be an open bar, and you can mention to them “Yes, right up until 9:00.”

I would put it on the bottom of the menu: “Please enjoy complimentary drinks from the bar from x time to y time.”  Then, at last call, have the waiters go table to table to see if anyone has final drink orders.
