For my bridal shower invitation, my Maid/Matron of Honor worded it “rsvp regrets”. Would you interpret this as rsvp and regrets or regrets only? She’s concerned because she has only received declines, and no accepts and its in 2 weeks. But if I had received that invitation, I would see it as only needing to call her if I wasn’t going.

@JacobsMama: I would also interpret it as meaning regrets only. But, because it is confusing, I would have responded anyway.

I would think RSVP regrets only

I would think it meant to just RSVP if you cant come but if you can go you dont RSVP

Ok, it’s not me then. She’s worried about not many people coming (which is what happened with my baby shower) but she invited pretty much all ladies invited to the wedding – I think around 50.

@JacobsMama: I read that as “regrets only” but agree it might be confusing.

I agree– I would think it meant only to RSVP if I couldn’t make it!

ya totally means to only rsvp if you aren’t going, which is a weird way to rsvp

@JacobsMama: Regrets only, IMO!
