I’d pronounce it Lee-oh-nora, and I like Leo or Nora best for nicknames ๐Ÿ™‚ Leo would be kind of cute since it’s really different for a girl, Nora is one of those names that I am expecting to get popular within the next few years. Both are really pretty though! Love the name!

i’d probably pronounce it leh-oh-nora, but that’s the spanish in me coming out ๐Ÿ™‚

to english-ize it i think lee-oh-nora is what i would do.

eta: i usually hate nicknames, but i think nora or lele would be cute ๐Ÿ™‚

Lee-oh-nora, definitely.  My cousin-in-law goes by “Lee.”  I think Lee-Lee is sweet for a little one!  Nora is elegant for when she’s grown.
