I agree that it’s beautiful the way it is. If you want a yellow gold ring, maybe just get a whole new ring?

Maybe reset the ruby in yellow gold claws and keep the halo as is and maybe change to a filagree band in yellow gold? But honestly is gorgeous as it is!!!

If you’re not changing it to be set in yellow gold (which I think white gold looks a million miles better), why change it at all? It’s beautiful and was obviously something your fiance thought you would love. I vote not to change it because someone picked that out JUST for you as is.
