“you might not get invited to my wedding, but I’d sure love to borrow your purse! Oh and a tiny pillow, too!”

What a whackjob.

Wow, just wow! If you can’t afford the wedding of your dreams without asking friends and family for handouts cut your god damn guest list down from 300 to 150. Then you can pay for your own wedding! This is nuts.

Funniest. Damn. Thread. EVAH! Thank you to OP and all of the high-larious responses. Keep em coming. And oh btw…I live close to where the crazy bride lives. I’d love to meet her and shake her hand. I guess the earlier fundraising worked…? Bwahahahahahahahaha.

Whooo, thanks for the interesting read of the night bees!!

I am just astounded too! There are thousands of ways, articles and advices on budget weddings of your dreams!

Key word here is “BUDGET”.

Maybe she doesn’t know what that is or how to do it.

If she hasnt seen her  “friends” in 15+ years should they really be inviting them at all? You can’t possibly visit with all your guests when there’s 300 of them and it would certainly cut costs if they only invited people they have seen within the last few years…This is awful some people…

This bride has inspired me! I think I’m going to charge admission at my wedding. About $600 per guest and then I’ll make a profit give or take a few. 😉 Money Mouth

Just kidding!

@lovelynners:  She’s not the most RATIONAL person. If we think it’s crazy I’m sure that her “guests” think so too. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of her “guests” are stringing her along, then pull out last minute

Wow… I love how she is keeping her ENTIRE GUEST LIST (including people who may be “cut”!) updated about every last detail and asking them for favors!

I just can’t! This is hilarious!

I’m just going to say, growing up my dad always told me: If you want a wedding you better have a way to pay for it.

@asscherlover:  +1 hahaha this made me laugh! Seriously if they cant afford a wedding then DONT SERVE FOOD! MANY people have served just dessert or waited till they could have the wedding of their dreams. They seem very irresponsible and I wouldnt give a dime to someone that irresponsible. (dont be upset if we splurge on something????) YOU DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO SPLURGE!!! wow.
