YAY AN UPDATE! “Here are all of my wedding updates and things I need to borrow. You might not make the cut but you still have to hear all about it!” Every bit as awful as I expected.

<3

Just read through this thread (new-ish around here and didn’t see it before).

Wow, so you have to ‘pay to get in’ AND ‘pay to dance’. And with the way the e-mails have been sounding so far, if you didn’t pay for a gift (preferably over $200) you would have a follow-up e-mail asking why.

It is very expensive being this girl’s friend.

ETA:

I stand firmer in the knowledge that Ray is the one for me.

Yes, you know, as the only person IN THE WORLD that has not yet told you you are crazy, I would agree he IS the one for you.

Does everyone really need a play-by-play of her wedding planning? What a nut! Kinda wanna go to the wedding now to see how it all turns out! haha!!!

She WOULD do a Money Dance.

It’s funny that his name is Ray, because one of the most gift-grabby couples I’ve ever encountered had a Fiance named Ray. Before they got engaged, he was always trying to sell me these stupidass supplements.

Wow. She obviously has no class at all…. She is inviting people she hasn’t seen in 15+ years but can’t guarantee you an invitation even if you ‘donate’ to the wedding? WHAT A CHARACTER!

Putting aside the donation issues (which are BANANAS), even her most recent email… who sends all those details out to a large group of people, especially people who may get cut from the guest list?!?!

Those kinds of details are for your mom and your bridesmaids, lady. Weddings are more impressive when people don’t know every little detail of the planning.

Wow. Please keep sharing.

What I don’t understand is how she updated everyone this whole time about her wedding AND ASKED FOR MONEY, only to turn around and tell people they might not be invited after all??!?!?!?

@hfwildcat:  WHAT? No way. If I knew who this chick was, I’d friend her on Facebook. I love watching trainwrecks from afar.

OMG SoOOO glad to see the update! Bahahaha!!! I love how she can’t afford a pillow?! I wish I could see her face when she receives all the “No” RSVPs from so many of her guests!!! They say the average decline rate for a wedding is about 30%… I would like to take a bet on hers!!!! Muahaha omg this made my night!
